Family Violence Prevention Fund -The Family Violence Prevention Fund works to prevent violence within the home, and in the community, to help those whose lives are devastated by violence because everyone has the right to live free of violence. Assistance is available in English and Spanish with access to more than languages through interpreter services.

Our Trauma Specialty Services are for children and adults who have experienced sexual trauma in their lives. In addition to general trauma services, under the Victims of Crime Act VOCA grant, we provide services to individuals and their families who are victims of sexual abuse, with or without insurance or with private insurance, at no cost to the individual. Our Las Familias program is the only one in Pima County that specializes exclusively in the treatment of individuals and their families who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. We provide a safe place for survivors to gain strength, learn coping skills and develop trusting, caring relationships.
After the year, we have seen a lot of growth in our daughter. Her confidence and spark is returning. We realize she will be living with this trauma for the rest of her life, but a least she now has tools to help her, and a network of support that she feels connected with.

Oasis Sexual Assault and Trauma Services Oasis provides advocacy, support, and outreach to UA students, staff, and faculty of all genders who are impacted by sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking. Oasis offers counseling services for students only but can help direct faculty and other UA staff to off-campus resources if needed. We are fully supported by the University of Arizona in its commitment to model creative leadership in promoting campus civility and mutual respect based on the principles and practices of nonviolence.
